RiteWill Services Private Limited exists to make legally valid, properly drafted succession documents available to people who would otherwise never get around to one. Not a template you fill in and hope holds, and not a process that requires three office visits before anyone tells you what it costs.
India's succession law is genuinely complicated. It turns on religion, on how you married, on whether property is ancestral or self-acquired, and on procedure that changes from state to state. Software alone cannot navigate that safely, and a document that fails on a formality is worse than useless — it creates the dispute it was meant to prevent.
So we do both halves. The structure, the questions and the drafting are ours. The legal judgement belongs to practising advocates, who review every document before it reaches you and whose engagement is with you directly.
