Estate planning means handing over details about your family and your property. It is reasonable to want to know where that goes.
TODAY
How this site handles your information
The site currently collects enquiries and nothing else. There is no account to create and no document uploaded.
Held in India
The site and everything submitted through it run on infrastructure located in India. Your details are not transferred out of the country.
Encrypted in transit
Every page and every form submission travels over TLS. Nothing you send us crosses the network in the clear.
We ask for very little
The enquiry form takes your name, phone number and email. State and a message are optional. We do not ask for anything we do not need to call you back.
Never sold or shared
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry. They are not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to market unrelated services to you.
Seen only by those who need to
Enquiries reach the associates who handle them. Access is limited to the people doing the work.
Kept only as long as needed
Enquiry records are retained for as long as it takes to deal with your matter and to meet our legal obligations, then deleted.
AHEAD OF LAUNCH
What we are building before documents are stored here
Holding an enquiry is a different proposition from holding somebody's will. Before this site stores documents, we are putting in place encryption of stored data, tightly scoped access controls, an audit trail of every action taken on a document, and independent security testing.
We will describe those here specifically once they are in place and verified — not before. Claiming a certification you do not hold is its own kind of security failure.
