1. These terms

This website is operated by RiteWill Services Private Limited, CIN U69100KA2026PTC224362, registered office i-12, Old Airport Road, Diamond District, Kodihalli, H.A.L. II Stage, Bengaluru North, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – 560008. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. What we are, and what we are not

RiteWill Services Private Limited is a technology and document services company. It is not a law firm and does not practise law.

Where a matter requires legal advice, or where a document must be settled or certified by a lawyer, that work is carried out by an independent practising advocate. Any lawyer-client relationship that arises is between you and that advocate directly, not between you and RiteWill Services Private Limited.

Nothing on this website is legal advice. The material here is general information about Indian succession law and does not take account of your circumstances.

3. Using this site

You agree not to:

  • Submit false details, or make an enquiry on another person's behalf without their knowledge.
  • Use the site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or its data.
  • Copy, scrape or republish the content of this site without our written permission.

4. Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create any engagement between us. It is an invitation for us to contact you. Any engagement begins only when scope and fees have been agreed in writing.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the fee for a commission is paid in two equal parts: half when the engagement begins, and the balance when you approve the final draft, before it is signed. The fee for a consultation is credited in full against a commission for the same matter. Subscriptions, such as safe custody, are billed monthly.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design and materials on this site belong to RiteWill Services Private Limited or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright.

6. Liability

We take care over the information on this site but do not warrant that it is complete, current or applicable to your situation. Succession law changes, and procedure varies from state to state.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to liability cap to be settled by an advocate, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at jurisdiction city to be supplied have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
