No two estates are alike, so no two fees are. What follows is where each service begins, and what each tier of care includes.

FOUR TIERS

The same care, at the depth your estate needs

Every service is offered in four tiers. Each includes everything in the one before it, and anything from a higher tier can be added on its own.

Essential
The service itself, drafted and seen through by an advocate.

Family
With the wider family provided for, and more of the work done for you.

Legacy
For larger estates and more involved matters, carried through to the end.

Bespoke
Cross-border and complex matters, handled end to end by a named advocate.

BY SERVICE

SETTLEMENT

The fee for a commission is paid in two equal parts, each through a secure payment link. A subscription such as safe custody is billed monthly.

01BEFORE
The consultation
₹5,000 for a private consultation with an advocate, included in full if you go on to commission the service.
02TO BEGIN
Half the fee
Once the scope and fee for your estate are agreed in writing, half is paid and the work begins.
03ON APPROVAL
The balance
The remaining half is paid when you approve the final draft, before it is signed.
